Job summary

Redwood Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager in Columbia, TN for part-time support of the Property Manager. The role focuses on leasing duties, regulatory compliance, and resident services.

Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial administration and reporting. Candidates should have HUD experience and be able to work Tue–Thu 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Strong attention to detail in HUD compliance and record-keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HUD requirements, TRACS, and EIV is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with HUD, Fair Housing, and policies.
• Maintain waiting lists per HUD regulations and policies.
• Verify program eligibility (income, assets, citizenship, student status).
• Support move-in/move-out inspections and related docs.
