Avelure Med Spa in Indianapolis and Greenwood is seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to create a polished, patient-centered experience across two locations. You will manage front-desk duties, scheduling, and patient communications in a fast-paced aesthetic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in front desk, patient care, or medical office preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays and travel between two locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person, over the phone, and online to provide a polished first impression.
• Support check-in/check-out and create a high-end, service-focused experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar flow for efficiency.
• Answer questions about services, prep, aftercare, and follow-up steps.
• Assist providers and staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information.
