Avelure Med Spa in Indianapolis and Greenwood seeks a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator. This role offers up to 30 hours per week with Saturday availability and compensation ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in front desk, patient care, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and a warm, professional presence.
• Ability to manage phones, scheduling, and patient flow while prioritizing discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for patients in person, by phone, and through digital communication.
• Welcome patients, support check-in and check-out, and help create a high-end, service-focused experience.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendar flow, and help keep the patient journey organized and efficient.
• Answer questions about services, appointments, preparation, aftercare, and follow-up steps.
• Support providers and the clinic team with day-to-day administrative coordination.
