Avelure Med Spa, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for the Indianapolis and Greenwood locations. This part-time role offers up to 30 hours per week with an hourly rate of $18–$20, depending on experience.

Saturday availability is required to support busy weekend clinics. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, and coordinating daily operations to ensure a top-tier patient experience.

• Ability to stay organized while managing phones, scheduling, and patient flow.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Welcome patients and support check-in/check-out for a high-end experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar flow to keep the patient journey efficient.
• Answer questions about services, appointments, prep, aftercare, and follow-up steps.
• Support providers and clinic team with daily administrative coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient information and confidential records.
• Assist with patient communications, confirmations, reminders, and outreach.
• Promote services, memberships, skincare, and treatment plans professionally.

Patient Care Coordinator – Part-Time – Avelure Med Spa

Avelure Med Spa is a medical aesthetics practice serving the greater Indianapolis area with locations in Indianapolis and Greenwood. As part of the Advanced MedAesthetic Partners network, Avelure combines the personalized feel of a local aesthetic practice with the training, resources, operational support, and growth opportunities of a national aesthetics platform.

What you’ll do

• Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for patients in person, by phone, and through digital communication.
• Welcome patients, support check-in and check-out, and help create a high-end, service-focused experience.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendar flow, and help keep the patient journey organized and efficient.
• Answer questions about services, appointments, preparation, aftercare, and follow-up steps.
• Support providers and the clinic team with day-to-day administrative coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient information, documentation, and confidential records.
• Assist with patient communication, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up outreach.
• Help promote services, memberships, skincare, and treatment plans in a professional and patient-centered way.
• Support both the Indianapolis and Greenwood locations as business needs require.

What we’re looking for

• Prior front desk, patient care, customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, medical office, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, polished, patient-focused presence.
• Ability to stay organized while managing phones, scheduling, patient flow, and competing priorities.
• Comfort handling confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion.
• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, cosmetic treatments, wellness, and patient experience.
• Ability to work across both Avelure locations in Indianapolis and Greenwood.
• Saturday availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
