Job summary

Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed in Ellisville, Missouri is seeking a part-time Adventure Club Assistant Facilitator to support the school-age care program and assist the site Facilitator in creating a safe, engaging environment for children.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience with children and a high school diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including early mornings or evenings, is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; college credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site Facilitator with developing a safe and caring environment for the Adventure Club program.
• Manage site operations and supervise staff and attendance of children.
• Supervise children and implement daily activities; provide up to 1:1 assistance as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and communicate with families daily.
