You will update admission statuses, coordinate with program advisors, and support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth student transitions.

Qualifications include a related Associate degree with higher education admissions experience and strong MS Excel/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and ensure accurate data entry in SIS
• Maintain records, potential accreditation checks, and GPA data
• Update admission statuses and coordinate with program advisors
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Services, and Registrar to streamline workflows
• Report KPIs to leadership and identify process improvements
