Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Data entry experience required.
• 3-5 years higher education or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner system a plus.
• Must be proficient in use of a computer.
• Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented; self-motivated, show initiative and be able to work independently.
• Must provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and the University family.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison support to front desk personnel and assist with admissions processes.
• Assist with maintaining electronic transcript portals (E-Scripts, Parchment, etc.).
• Responsible for storage, retrieval, and indexing of transcripts and documents.
• Enter data into Banner (high school info, test scores) as needed.
• Push new applications through the admissions process.
• Process faxed transcripts, official transcripts, and other documents.
• Assist with events as needed; work extended hours when required.
