Seafield Center Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment in New York seeks a part-time Admissions Coordinator. You will be the first contact for clients and families, facilitate admissions with facilities and referral sources, and verify insurance while scheduling assessments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong telephone/typing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with 12 Step Recovery. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

• High school diploma required with basic telephone and typing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with 12 Step Recovery Program is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle initial contact for potential clients and families to facilitate admission.
• Coordinate admissions with medical facilities, employers, and referral sources.
• Complete insurance verifications and schedule assessments.
• Coordinate transportation and maintain bed availability and placement paperwork.
• Respond to referrals, answer calls, and explain Seafield programs.
