Job summary

Monroe Springs Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a Part Time Activities Aide to join our team. You will lead fun and engaging activities for residents, tailoring projects and games to individual interests, and you will guide one-on-one, small group, and large group activities per the program schedule.

The role offers up to 30 hours biweekly with flexible scheduling to include every other weekend, in a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun and engaging activities, projects and games to residents while focusing on their individual interests.
• Lead one-on-one, small group and large group activities according to the program schedule.
