Job summary

Emerald Hills in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Activities Aide to enrich residents' lives through engaging programs. Plan, lead, and adapt recreational activities in collaboration with the Activities Director and care team.

You will support mental, emotional, and physical well-being, document participation, and contribute to a warm, social environment in person on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred (not required - training provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.

Schedule: Day & Evening shifts available
Status: Part-Time
