Job summary

Antonline in Marietta, GA is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team on-site. You will process vendor invoices, code expenses, reconcile statements, and support month-end close under supervision of the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance skills, including experience with basic Accounting principles and familiarity with Finance processes.
• Ability to prepare and review Journal Entries (Accounting) and reconcile accounts in support of accounts payable operations.
• Experience managing Expense Reports, including verification, coding, and adherence to company policies.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies, interpret financial data, and propose solutions.
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior accounts payable or general accounting experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and verify purchase orders for accuracy.
