Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and accurately process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Verify approvals and ensure proper coding to departments and GL accounts.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and supporting files.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly payment runs, including ACH and checks.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Support audits with documentation and control compliance.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and controls.
