Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts payable or accounting support experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter vendor, lab, and supply invoices, matching them to orders and receiving records.
• Route invoices for approval and prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and company credit card activity across locations.
• Resolve billing questions, duplicate charges, and credits with vendors; keep vendor records and W-9s current.
• Prepare AP aging and cash-out reports; support month-end close with outside accountant.
• Verify any vendor banking changes before they're made.
