Responsibilities

• Entering payables and assisting with data entry of invoices and journal entries
• Organizing and coding A/P invoices for processing
• Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor records
• Responding to vendor emails and phone inquiries
• Routing invoices for approval and processing payments
• Performing reconciliations and helping resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assisting with audit support and special projects as needed
