Modern Maturity Center in Dover, DE is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support financial operations, including accounts payable, cash receipts, deposits, and related accounting tasks. This role emphasizes accurate recordkeeping, month-end close assistance, and strong internal/external service orientation.

This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with paid vacation, sick, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable invoices with proper approvals.
• Manage daily cash and bank deposits.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain accounting records and filing in line with policies.
• Respond professionally to vendor and customer inquiries.
