Performance Advisory Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to own and optimize finance outcomes in Dover, Delaware. You will manage the full accounts payable and receivable lifecycle, monitor AR aging, identify duplicate payments, and oversee capital expenditure processes with attention to a strong internal control environment.

You’ll collaborate with tax and finance teams to model pricing, margins, and unit economics while building relationships across departments.

• Proven track record delivering results as a lead Staff Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Surface the three expense lines quietly eating the finance margin.
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
• Read the AR aging like a weather map and act before storms hit.
• Spot the duplicate payment before it leaves the account.
• Keep capital-expenditure approvals flowing without losing the paper trail.
• Run weekly cash positioning and short-term borrowing decisions.
• Support the Staff Accountant in modeling pricing, margins, and unit economics.
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions.
