Aufgaben

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Reconciles Purchase Orders to ship documentation and verifies in the system
• Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment.
• Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
• Researches customer discrepancies, payments, and past-due amounts.
• Issues credits as directed by the Customer Service Manager
• Collaborates with the Accounting Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
• Also helps with posting AP entries as needed.
• Copies, files, and retrieves materials as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
