Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Build, monitor, and review the monthly budget.
• Financial Monitoring: Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy.
• Reconciliation: Perform data entry and reconciliations of bank accounts, cards, and records.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.
• Zoom Meetings: Attend weekly Zoom meetings (10–15 hours weekly).
