1St Choice Family Services in Columbus, OH is seeking a Part-Time Accountant to join our team. You will help build and monitor monthly budgets, reconcile financial data, and maintain up-to-date financial statements while supporting management with insights.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero or similar, and good Excel skills. Expect 10-15 hours per week with weekly Zoom meetings and flexible scheduling at Reynoldsburg office.

Formación

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
• Strong financial reporting and budget management.
• Excellent data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting: Build, monitor, and review the monthly budget.
• Financial Monitoring: Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy.
• Reconciliation: Perform data entry and reconciliations of bank accounts, cards, and records.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.
• Zoom Meetings: Attend weekly Zoom meetings (10–15 hours weekly).
