Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and collect visitor or contractor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, deliveries, and materials in accordance with facility procedures; report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area exteriors, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; document observations and report hazards, damaged property, and unusual activity.
