The position requires at least 1 year of security experience, a valid security license where required, and completion of background checks and a drug screen. Pay rate is $16.50 per hour, with daytime and overnight shifts available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• TSA Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required/preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per laws; drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report concerns to appropriate personnel per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, perimeters, and parking areas to identify unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and equipment; document observations and complete required reports.
