Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Entry Authorization Driver in Ingleside, TX. You will serve and safeguard clients by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring site access, and conducting routine patrols at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access at entry points by verifying credentials, issuing passes, maintaining access logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-control concerns, alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unauthorized access or unusual conditions.
• Maintain accurate activity, visitor, incident, and access-control documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
