Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part Time Access Control Security Officer in Ingleside, TX. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct patrols, and provide professional customer service to protect our clients.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of security experience, TSA TWIC, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Guard license is preferred, and a background check plus drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• TSA TWIC credential required or able to obtain.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• State/county/local security license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor and control access to the site by verifying credentials and issuing passes.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, perimeters, and parking areas.
• Monitor security systems (cameras, alarms) and document observations.
