This role offers a base schedule with fixed shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to earn more.

The position emphasizes customer service, access control, incident response, and teamwork, with required security experience and a 6‑month commitment to anchor shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be preferred depending on location.
• Ages 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel with security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond calmly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of building areas and perimeter.
• Communicate with property management and emergency responders, documenting activity.
