Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage access to the residential location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized individuals appropriately.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
