Qualifications

• Access control and visitor management experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor logs and other documentation.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Report access-control concerns, unusual activity, and maintenance issues per site procedures.
