Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Credentialing Services in Rye, NY. You will support access control, monitor entry points, and assist residents and visitors while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the residential location by verifying visitor authorization, checking credentials, maintaining entry records, and directing guests.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to identify and report security concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs for access activity, incidents, patrols, and observations.
