Job summary

Allied Universal seeks a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Rye, NY to safeguard clients across residential and other sectors. You will manage visitor access, monitor entry points, and respond to security-related concerns, using provided systems to support badge procedures and communicate with residents, guests, and staff.

Qualifications

Access control and badge experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required.
Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor logs.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of residential areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Report access-control concerns and maintenance issues per site procedures.
