Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, document entries, and direct authorized personnel.
• Maintain accurate access logs, delivery and trailer activity records, and other security documentation.
• Respond calmly to incidents and security concerns, escalating through proper channels as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unlawful activity.
