Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 1 year of armed security or related field experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and internal policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Screen vehicles, shipments, and personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents with appropriate contacts and emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter, documenting observations.
