Job summary

Allied Universal in Wilmington, CA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer focused on Access Control. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and support security operations at a busy logistics and distribution site.

You will deliver professional customer service, respond to incidents calmly, conduct patrols, and uphold site policies. A high school diploma, at least one year of security experience, and a valid Guard Card or license are preferred, with on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the site by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries; verify credentials and maintain logs.
• Help control access to logistics and distribution areas and report security concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate observations to leadership or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and report unusual conditions.
