Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Driver Badge Issuance Security Officer in Pittston, PA. You will support access control at a busy distribution site, verify credentials, and assist visitors and drivers while delivering professional customer service.

Position is part time with evening shifts, requiring a valid driver’s license and familiarity with badge management. Background checks and drug screening apply as per policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements listed include a valid driver’s license.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor documentation, maintain accurate entry/exit records.
• Control access for delivery vehicles, vendors, contractors, and authorized personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
