Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required (per policy)
• Access control and badge experience preferred
• Comfort using computers/tablets for job tasks
• Customer service experience required or preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed positions
• Background check and drug screen required
• Licensing rules may apply and vary by state/local laws
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Control access for deliveries, vendors, contractors, and authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
