Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen conducted as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access to facilities by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel and visitors.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access logs and incident reports in accordance with company and site requirements.
