Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Entry Manager in Pittston, PA. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and maintain professional presence at a retail distribution location while supporting badge access and visitor processes.

This role requires a valid driver's license, offers a pay rate of $19.50 per hour, and a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts. Training and advancement opportunities are available within Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, maintain visitor and contractor logs.
• Observe inbound and outbound vehicle traffic and communicate with drivers and dispatch personnel; report access irregularities.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
