Job summary

Allied Universal in Pittston, PA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver Identity Verification to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. This role combines security with driving responsibilities and offers a flexible schedule.

You will verify access, monitor points, assist employees and visitors, and respond to incidents. A valid driver's license is required; background check and drug screening are part of employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by implementing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries/exits per site procedures.
• Assist with managing vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates, docks, and entry areas with clear communication.
• Respond to access-control incidents and alarms, escalating as needed through reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
