Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue access documentation, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Control vehicle, pedestrian, and delivery access per site requirements; direct authorized personnel and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
