Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Credential Control Driver in Franklin Lakes, NJ to safeguard clients across healthcare locations. You will manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service on a visible security presence.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including day shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access control systems, verify credentials, and document access activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, methodical manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Maintain logs, reports, and shift handoff information.
