Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors following policies.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and other situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor directions and reporting of suspicious activity.
• Document incidents and communicate information to supervisors and responders.
