Qualifications

• Master's degree in Student Affairs, Education, Counseling, Psychology or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in college admissions, academic advising, career development, and program/project management.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, time-management, prioritization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during peak advising and course registration periods.
• Guide major/career pathway exploration and map to an academic plan.
• Share information on programs, financial aid, and campus supports.
