Job summary

Washtenaw Community College is seeking a Part-time Academic Success Center Lab Associate to assist students with technology and resources.

You will guide users through MS Office, Google Suite, Canvas, Zoom, and other instructional tools while maintaining accurate records of services and transactions. This on-campus role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse students.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2–5 years relevant work experience.
• Attention to detail in accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work with diverse users of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent customer-service experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with technology tools and resources in the Academic Success Center.
• Provide instruction on software and hardware and guide tool use.
• Help plan and deliver student-centered technology workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with staff to promote center services and outreach.
• Attend department meetings and lead assigned projects.
