Job summary

Lehigh Carbon Community College seeks a PT Academic Advisor (Tamaqua/Schnecksville Campus) to support students with academic and career planning. The role requires travel to Schnecksville 1–3 days/week, some evenings, and a 28-hour work week with a nonexempt status.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, two years of advising experience, and familiarity with Degree Works and CRM systems. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; act 153 clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Two years' advising experience at a college.
• Experience with CRM systems (Degree Works, CRM Advis e).

Responsibilities

• Advise a caseload of students on academic and career plans.
• Assist with degree planning using Degree Works and CRM Advis e.
• Support enrollment/registration processes.
• Coordinate with offices for career development and tutoring.
• Maintain data to measure advising initiatives.
