Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Two years’ advising experience at a college.
• Familiarity with the mission of a community college.
• Student support CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise a caseload of students on academic, career, and transfer plans.
• Help students develop and monitor academic plans using Degree Works and CRM Advise.
• Support enrollment/registration processes and referrals to services.
• Identify options to satisfy degree requirements and assist with academic progress.
• Collaborate with departments to support persistence and completion.
