Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You will collect data on treatment goals, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Flexible afternoons/evenings and weekends preferred; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
