Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in Spring Lake, NJ. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training from a BCBA.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans with supervision, and share progress with families. Flexible afternoon/evening, part-time schedule. Prior experience and a passion for helping families are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
