Links ABA Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and help families use strategies for progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
