Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings. You will help children improve communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoon/evening shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping families; ABA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
