Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings. You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, helping children build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time with flexible schedules, mostly afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
