Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to work with children in ABA. You don’t need to be an RBT initially; paid training and support are provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, with guidance from a BCBA in home and community settings. This role offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including those with special needs, is valued.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Strong communication with families and team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and life skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior-support strategies
• Collect and accurately document client data and progress
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other care team
• Celebrate progress and help children reach meaningful goals
