Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision. You will collect data and support clients’ development in home settings, collaborating with BCBA and therapists.

This role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care within a supportive team environment. We welcome applicants with RBT certification or a preference for certification, a minimum of 6 months autism-related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to helping children.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
