Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA. You will provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in clients' homes, collect data, and contribute to assessments to support skill development and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, with collaboration across BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. A strong commitment to confidentiality and BACB guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.
